





Warranty Coverage
Headsets
Headsets Inc. warrants this unit to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the registration card that came with your product. Headsets Inc. agrees, at its option, to either replace or repair a defective product covered under this warranty, at no additional cost to the purchaser. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser for the above stated period, provided that the WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD is completed and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper application or installation. Any damage caused by any repair or attempted repair not authorized by Headsets Inc. Any product for which the WARRANTY CARD has not been returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain service, return the defective unit, freight prepaid, along with a $10.00 check for return shipping and a copy of your original sales receipt. The defective unit must be sent to the following:

CONDITIONS
All implied warranties, including, without limitations, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above-defined warranty period from the date of purchase. In no event shall Headsets Inc. be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this warranty or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
This warranty constitutes the final and exclusive statement of warranty terms for this product and no person is authorized to make any other warranties or representations on behalf of Headsets Inc.
MODULES AND ACCESSORIES
This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for One (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Headsets Inc. will at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fails in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and labor; provided, however, that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs. Headsets Inc. assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of use.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
To obtain warranty service, return the unit along with a brief note indicating the nature of the problem. Include your full name, address and daytime phone number. Place the unit in a box only (no padded envelopes). The unit should be insured and sent freight prepaid to
